Day 10 - Canyon Lands and Arches National Park!
Today we were in the vicinity of Moab (Utah) visited a couple of parks, one in the morning one in the afternoon (though in truth only a few seconds have visited the park, while others were enjoying the pool!). In the morning it fell to Canyon Lands which was formed by erosion caused the Colorado River in the afternoon it was the turn dell'Arches National Park: a series of stone arches arising from erosion caused by the various weather conditions over the centuries. In the evening we then went back downtown to eat a surprisingly good pizza! Here are the photos ...
- the Colorado River ... the "responsible" for creating the various Canyon seen on this trip!
- a view from the park to the Canyon Lands ... center is the erosion by the Colorado ...
- here are some rocks defy the laws of gravity ... amazing to think that there are in the absurd position for centuries! ...
- and finally here is one of the famous stone arches dell'Arches Nat'l Park! ...

Day 9 - Reef Nat'l Park!
Today we moved from Escalante to Moab. Along the way we crossed the Reef National Park and other natural sites that we have met along the road. After a day we are dedicated to an intense session of relaxation (in the pool of the motel) and we ended the day with a good meal in a Mexican restaurant in downtown
- a series of hieroglyphics engraved on the side of a mountain ...
- in the late afternoon after a long transfer by bus a little 'relaxation in the pool! ...
- and after a nice dinner at the Mexican group photo (although the faces suggest we were drunk, the law grants the state of Utah that prohibits alcohol!)
PS: Nat'l American in going to National. In fact, the philosophy here is: why use 8 letters when only 4?!?

Day 8 - Bryce Canyon!
the first day of our second week stay in the United States, we visited another Canyon (which has nothing to do with the Grand Canyon since even in another state) which, although different types of rocks and conformation equally striking and impressive! Here are the new pictures!

- the "Natural Bridge" Bridge created by erosion over thousands of years ...
- end of the day and a bit 'of shopping in a reconstruction of a town in the Far West! ...

the seventh day of our journey we entered the third state of our trip! California and Arizona after we arrived in Utah! Today we are dedicated to green and nature! In fact, we visited for the day to Zion National Park (renamed from children Uncle Park) ... a leisurely walk that begins the tour of the parks that awaits us in this state ... Here are some photos of the day today!
- the first funny "knowledge" that we made shortly after entering the park
- another cute friend in the park
- a view from the park ... very impressive!

Day 6 - Antelope Grand Canyon!
As mentioned in the post from yesterday, today we visited a really beautiful place ... This is Antelope Grand Canyon, located in the Navajo Indian Reservation, a few miles away from the town of Page (Arizona ). To visit you must book the tour through an agency run by the Indian population and the cost of a ticket is substantially the entrance fee you pay to the tribe ... But now I think the best thing is to leave "talking" pictures taken inside the cavity of the Canyon:
- the entrance to the Canyon
- view of the vertical cavity
- a mystical vision ...
- the tenth circle of hell Dante ...
- view of the artificial lake built by damming of the Colorado Powell
- view of the Navajo Bridge Colorado

Day 4 - Red Rocks!
the fourth day of the trip we visited a village in the mountains (about 2000 meters), which resembles our Cortina. Also very reminiscent of the Dolomites mountains around but with a difference rather "flashy"! ovverto ... the mountains were red!
-a view from afar of RedRocks
- a castle in the rock Apprenticeship originally built by a tribe Apache
- a striking view of the sunset of the "Red Rocks"

Day 3 - Grand Canyon!
After a long and exhausting stage yesterday, today we visited the western part of the Grand Canyon. After 30 miles of dirt road (very good for a rally, at least for a bus) we arrived in the Havasupai Indian reservation, or those that have opened part of their reserves to the public offering .... Exciting walk the Skywalk at 1100m high on a cliff of the Grand Canyon on a glass plate! A few of the snapshots you caught today:
- left at the Sky Walk, which overlooks a gorge of the Grand Canyon
- the valley where flows the Colorado River that over Miglionico years has "hollowed out" the Canyon
. another valley of Colorado

The second day of the trip was a "stop transfer ".... well 520 km to reach Kingman, leaving the state of California to Arizona to reach the ... most of these were the famous and historic Route66, the star of many films (including
